- For software sent only by mail:
In line with software industry standards, we will gladly
accept returns of software within 30 days of purchase in an
unopened envelope mailer only.
- For software unlocked by registration codes.
Receipt of the registration codes is regarded to be the same
as opening the software.
"Opened" software is provided with free software
support and upgrades for one year.
